报告摘要：

We introduce a novel clustering algorithmscQA, which can effectively and efficiently recognize different cell types via qualitative and quantitative analysis. It iteratively extracts quasi-trend-preserved genes to conform a consensus by representing expression patterns with dropouts qualitatively and quantitatively, and, then automatically clusters cells using a new label propagation strategy without specifying the number of cell types in advance. Validated on 20 public scRNA-seq datasets,scQAconsistently outperformed 9 salient tools in both accuracy and efficiency.

个人简介:

李国君，山东大学特聘教授。1996年获中科院数学与系统科学研究院博士学位。

研究领域涉及图论、组合最优化和生物信息学。在图论科学领域，证明了困扰数学界15年，由美国杰出数学家和计算机科学家V. Chvátal提出却未能解决的图论猜想和几个公开挑战的图论问题。在组合最优化或理论计算机科学领域，解决了“双目标字符串识别”和“超图嵌入环网”两个极具挑战的可近似性问题，并将原问题扩展到更具一般性的情况。论文分别发表在数学或理论计算机科学领域知名期刊JCTB, Combinatorica, SIAM J Compt,ACM Trans Algorithms。在生物信息学领域，突破了若干个生物数据挖掘的计算瓶颈。十余篇论文发表在生物信息学相关领域知名期刊Genome Biology, Genome Research, Nucleic Acids Research。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项。
